Centrum Terapii Dialog (CT Dialog) is a dynamically growing network of psychotherapy and psychiatric clinics. In 2019, they faced a challenge: how to maintain a high quality of service while streamlining administrative processes with a growing number of patients and specialists?

Key challenges

CT Dialog needed a dedicated solution, tailored to their specific needs and capable of keeping pace with the organization's dynamic growth. It was essential to create an intuitive platform that would:

  • ensure the highest standards of patient data security and privacy
  • integrate with the EDM medical documentation system — the primary tool for managing facilities and medical processes
  • combine ease of use with configuration flexibility to easily adapt to changing business needs

The Solution

In response to these challenges, we designed and implemented the Patient Portal in 2019, which became the key platform. Over the following years, this system was developed and expanded to meet new needs, leading to the creation of a holistic digital ecosystem consisting of three complementary portals

Patient Portal

This is the heart of the platform. A dedicated web application for CT Dialog patients, serving as the main point of contact and place for managing appointments. It enables:

  • booking and paying for appointments online
  • managing appointment schedules, viewing meeting history
  • ordering prescriptions, verifying post-appointment recommendations
  • submitting documentation to CT Dialog
  • remotely signing documents and consents
  • ordering medical documentation
  • searching for specialists based on therapeutic approaches and issues

This gives patients full control over their appointments – conveniently, without queues, and accessible 24/7.

Specialist Portal

Initially designed as a mobile application, it was later developed into a full-fledged web platform that supports the daily work of hundreds of specialists by offering:

  • an overview of the schedule and appointment details
  • online appointments and easy contact with patients regarding them
  • reporting holidays and breaks from work
  • processing therapeutic contracts with patients
  • generating invoices and viewing financial settlements
  • notifications about changes in work start times

Billing Portal

A tool dedicated to CT Dialog administrative staff, which supports them in settling specialists' remuneration. The system allows for:

  • flexible definition of billing conditions
  • calculating remuneration for specialists
  • adjusting settlements for individual cases
  • timely sending of settlements to hundreds of specialists
