1. Introduction

Yellows Sp. z o.o. is committed to implementing actions that promote gender equality within our organization. Our goal is to create an environment where all employees have equal opportunities for development and advancement, regardless of gender. 2. Process Requirements

  • Publication – The Plan is an official document, publicly available and approved by management, to ensure transparency in actions taken to promote gender equality.
  • Resources - Provision of appropriate human resources, including gender equality experts, to effectively implement planned actions.
  • Data Monitoring – Systematic analysis of employment structure data, with a focus on gender, and reporting based on indicators that measure progress in achieving the goals.
  • Training – Organizing educational activities, including training sessions and workshops, on gender equality and unconscious bias prevention, aimed at both employees and management.

3. Key Areas of Action

    The Plan includes specific initiatives in the following areas:
  • Work-life balance – Introduction of flexible working hours and other solutions supporting the work-life balance of employees.
  • Gender equality in management and decision-making processes – Increasing the representation of women in leadership positions and decision-making processes within the organization.
  • Equality in recruitment and promotions - Ensuring transparency and fairness in recruitment processes, ensuring that hiring and promotion decisions are based on competencies, not gender.
  • Incorporating gender perspective in teaching and research - Integrating gender equality topics into academic programs and research conducted by the institution.
  • Prevention of violence and harassment – Developing and implementing procedures for reporting violence and harassment cases, ensuring support for victims and effective responses to such incidents.

4. Monitoring and Reporting

Progress in implementing the Plan will be monitored annually. Results gathered from monitoring will be published in reports available to stakeholders, ensuring transparency of actions and enabling the assessment of the effectiveness of initiatives.
